These terms govern your use of the Novexa Technologies website and services. By engaging Novexa for hosting, infrastructure or development services you agree to the terms set out in your service agreement, which take precedence over this summary.

Services

Novexa provides managed hosting, cloud infrastructure management and software development services. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing and service levels are defined per engagement.

Billing

Hosting plans are billed in advance for the agreed period. Development work is billed as set out in the relevant proposal or statement of work. Detailed billing, payment and renewal terms will be provided with your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Novexa services to host unlawful content, send unsolicited bulk email, or engage in activity that compromises the security or availability of shared infrastructure.

Liability

Novexa provides services with reasonable skill and care. Except as required by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding period.
